George 2544 & Charlotte 2545 Sanders
George 2544 was born in 1838 and married Charlotte Sanders in 1861 in Shoreditch. He was also a painter. Their children were:
- George John 2546 b 1861 in St Lukes. Born before his parents marriage, he is registered as George Gotts, but a workhouse record exists for George John Sanders alias Gotts. He possibly died unmarried in Poonamallee in 1892.

- Edward 2550 b 1874 St Lukes, married Annie Lilian Frances 3331 Peters in 1908 in Queensland, Aus. Edward adopted the name Sanders as his father was reportedly ‘not a nice man’
- Richard James 2551 b 1875 St Lukes, married Eliza 2556 Elmes in 1889 Bromley
Richard David 3037 & Mary Ann Scott
David 3037 married Mary Ann 3038 Scott in 1924 in Mile End. He was a travelling showman, and used the name of Curly Saunders/Sanders. See Stories 12.
