Here's the distribution of known Gotts's in 1901.
Norfolk, London and Yorkshire are still the top counties.
I have now checked all the families in the 1901 census against the microfiche copies, and where possible I have linked them to known trees. The ability to find the entries rapidly is due to the Leeds Indexers group, whose tool extracts the id of the page from the free search.
Out of 792 entries, I have 608 linked to families. The trees numbers in the left-hand column are my personal tree reference numbers.
