George Robert 719 b 1860 m Jane Randall in 1887 and had two children:

Lydia 731 b 1888

Herbert George 732 b 1890

After George Robert died, the family are in Lanchester, Co Durham in 1901 with Jane’s other son Joseph Randall.

John William Marshall 714


John William Marshall Gotts' work speciality was repair of ancient buildings, particularly churches.  That work required him to be gone from home in Newton St. Faith for long periods of time which he worked on a project. He and Ernest Albert may have been involved in the reconstruction of St. Mary's Church at Swaffham Prior in Cambs. John William married Mary Elizabeth Mallett in 1874. They raised their family in St Faiths district:
